 如何判断已经网络成瘾？据专家介绍，目前国际上还没有统一的诊断标准，其中有两个诊断标准比较常用：心理学家杨提出诊断网络成瘾的10条标准：
上网时 全神贯注，下网后仍念念不忘上网之事；
总嫌上网时间太少而不满足；无法控制上网；
一旦减少上网时间就会烦躁不安；
一上网，种种不愉快消失，精神亢奋；
为了 上网而荒废学业、事业；
因上网失去重要的人际交往、工作等；
不惜支付巨额上网费用；
对亲友掩盖自己频频上网的行为；
下网后有孤寂失落感。
符合以上标准的4 条或4条以上，就可诊断为网络成瘾。
心理学家布瑞德提出的诊断网络成瘾的标准是：以下表现必须出现：
一心想着上网，包括回想以前的网上活动，或期待下次上 网；
需增加更多的上网时间以获得满足感；
多次努力控制、减少或停止上网，但未能成功；
在努力减少或停止上网时，感到烦躁不安、闷闷不乐、忧郁或易发脾气；
上网的时间比计划的要长。
同时至少有以下表现中的1条：
因为上网，妨碍或丧失了重要的人际关系或工作，或失去教育与就业的机会；
对家人、好友、治疗者或其 他人说谎，隐瞒上网的程度；
把上网作为逃避问题或缓解无助、嫉妒、内疚、焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪的方法。
专家表示，网络成瘾与精神医学中的药物依赖和病理性赌博等成瘾性行为比较相似，因此其诊断标准也比较类似，这些诊断标准具体、明确，容易操作，可以作为自测或他人评定工具。
